Professionalism & Representation
Punctuality: “Early is on time.” Crew must be checked in and at their designated station 15 minutes before the official call time.
Dress Code: Standard uniform is the provided crew t-shirt or all black, sport or outdoor pants and closed-toe shoes.
Guest Interaction: Maintain a “Service-First” attitude. Always be polite and helpful. If a conflict arises, remain calm and immediately escort the guest to a Shift Lead.
Phone Etiquette: Personal phones are for emergencies and breaks only. Using phones in guest-facing areas for social media or texting is strictly prohibited.

Legal & Privacy (NDA)
Confidentiality: All event details—including client names, budgets, floor plans, and technical specs—are strictly confidential to BOLT 360 Management Sdn Bhd.
Social Media: Do not post “Behind-the-Scenes” content of unreleased setups. Never tag high-profile guests or BOLT Events clients without written approval from the Project Manager.
Media Ownership: Any photos or videos captured by crew during the event are the property of BOLT 360 for training and marketing purposes.
Personal Data: We respect your privacy. Your data (IC/Bank details) is encrypted and used only for payroll and legal compliance in accordance with PDPA guidelines.
On-Site Safety & Sobriety
Zero Tolerance: BOLT 360 maintains a 100% drug and alcohol-free workplace. Being under the influence during a shift will result in immediate dismissal without pay.
PPE Standards: High-visibility vests and ear protection must be worn in “Hot Zones” (Loading docks and during soundchecks).
Injury Reporting: All injuries, no matter how minor, must be reported via the Incident Report Form on the Forms page within 1 hour of occurrence.
Equipment Safety: Do not operate heavy machinery (forklifts, scissor lifts) unless you have provided proof of certification to BOLT 360 HR
